The new office is directly across from McDonalds and The Stop & Shop.

Patients should park in front of the building and enter through the main entrance shown above. The entrance to the practice is on the first floor at the end of the lobby on the left.

Directions to Fairfield office:

From I-95 Driving Northbound: Take Exit 22,toward Round Hill Road. Stay straight to go onto ramp. Turn slight Right onto Walls Drive. Turn Right onto N. Benson Rd (CT-135). Turn left onto Post Rd. (US-1) Follow Post Road past McDonalds to 425 Post Rd. Turn right into our parking lot across from the Super Stop & Shop. Park in front of the building and enter through the front entrance for doctor visits. We are on the first floor.

From I-95 Driving Southbound: Take Exit 23, Kings Highway. Follow the road as it curves slightly left onto Kings Highway Cutoff (Route 1 South). At the second light, turn left into our parking lot across from the Super Stop & Shop. Park in front of the building and enter through the front entrance for doctor visits. We are on the first floor.

Directions to Bridgeport office:

From I-95 driving Northbound or Southbound: Take Exit 27A to the Route 8/25 Connector. Take Exit 4 (Lindley Street). At the bottom of the ramp, turn left at the traffic light. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Capitol Avenue. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Main Street. Take the 2nd right onto Salem Street. Our building, "The Medical Center", is on the corner of Main and Salem Streets. Parking entrance is in the rear of the building from Salem Street.

Directions to Monroe Office:

The office is on the corner of Main St (Rt 25) and Bradford Drive in Monroe about 5 miles south of Newtown. The office faces Bradford Drive. There is a sign on the corner "Family Medical Center". The office is just north of the "Bradford Green Offices".

From the South	Head north on CT-25/Main St through Monroe toward Newtown/Danbury Continue to follow CT-25 N office will be on left The office is about 4.5 miles from the RT25 and Rt111 intersection
From the North	Head southeast on CT-25/Main St Continue toward West St office will be on the right
